What would it be like to move from just functioning to truly living? During the summer school Essence of Life Artistry I invite you to reflect on what really matters to you. In a world that keeps going faster, we will create a moment of mindfulness, reflection and inspiration together. A place where you can detach from the daily grind and (re)connect with who you are. So that you can make life art.

This summer school is for anyone who longs for slowing down and creating depth, who wants to experience both personal as well as professional growth and who wants to achieve this in an accessible way. 

After completing Essentials of Life Artistry you will have:
– A sense of peace
– Direction
– A clearer understanding of what you want to achieve
– Space to focus on what lies ahead
– Concrete tools to make life choice

You don’t need any prior knowledge to participate – just a willingness to work on yourself.

MOOC

Essentials of Life Artistry will take place in the summer of 2026, in the shape of a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course). Anyone who wishes to participate is welcome at any time. 

The summer school consists of five modules and an in-depth Q&A. Each module contains five hours of course materials and an unlimited number of breaks – that is up to you! The one-time Q&A will take approximately two hours

The modules are complementary, but can be completed independently.

How it works

It all starts with you showing an interest in the summer school. Once you have made the decision to participate, you register. After paying the tuition fee, you will receive login details for your personal course page. The course materials for your module will be posted online weekly, starting Saturday 4 July at 09:30 am CET. Then you are free to study at your own pace throughout the summer.

Good to know: content-related questions about the course will only be ansered during the in-depth Q&A (not by email), which will take place on Saturday 5 September at 10 am CET. The Q&A is only accessible to those who have subscribed to three or more modules.

Costs : €150* per module / €600* for the whole programme

You are responsible for providing your own laptop/phone/tablet, a good internet connection and a quiet place to study.
